What do I need to Order?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to Southeast Asia. Please refer to our Ordering and Shipping page here.

Do you accept any return?

Yes we do accept any return for all our products. However, all the product that bought on Discount/Sale (Sale Item, Voucher redemption, promo code) is not eligible for return for any reasons. Please refer to our Return page here for more information

Can I put prescription lenses on my sunglasses?

Unfortunately, we do not provide this service as of now, since currently we are focused on affordable fashion sunglasses. Stay tuned for the updates!

Where can I find my frame’s measurements?

All measurements are written on the product page. Each product has different measurement, so please take a look at them carefully before placing your order. 

Due to manufacturing inconsistencies, there may be 0.5" to 1" difference in our given measurements. This variance is NOT considered a defect and returns due to this will NOT be entertained

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to security reasons, our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is also because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
