We are committed to making your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
- Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- For all sales enquiries, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Due to security reasons, our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is also because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of SGD 5 will apply if parcel is returned.
- Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders. We are unable to amend orders and combine shipping of orders which are separately placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
- All payments for online purchases have to be made through our website, a secure payment gateway linked to our shopping cart.
- Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
- All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
- The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. We offer international shipping and you may refer to our FAQs for more details.
- Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2-3 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order.
- Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for any lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims (if any).
- We'll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product.
Returns and Exchange

- Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered before checkout. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
